Koziebrocki Law will work with liquor sales licensees, including restaurants and bars, in navigating regulatory issues at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”). Our firm will assist liquor sales licensees with the following regulatory issues:
- Advising liquor sales licensees on compliance with relevant legislation and standards, including the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”) and its regulations, the Liquor Control Act (“LCA”) and its regulations, and the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 and its regulations;
- Responding to various inquiries at the AGCO, including drafting responses to complaints;
- Representing liquor sales licensees in appeals before the Licence Appeal Tribunal; and
- Advising liquor sales licensees on various practice issues, such as licencing issues, performance standards, and employment/contract issues.
