Josh Koziebrocki is the principal lawyer and founder of Koziebrocki Law. Josh is an experienced litigation lawyer and advocate who has appeared extensively before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies. His practice focuses on representing professionals in regulatory, disciplinary, criminal and civil proceedings. He works with professionals in difficult and challenging situations involving their license to practice. Josh has represented countless professionals before licensing bodies from the complaint process and investigations through to discipline hearings. He has appeared as counsel at numerous regulatory hearings and at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Josh routinely represents corporations who employ and work with regulated professionals. He acts as independent legal counsel to a number of regulated Colleges. He has also been retained to act as amicus curiae in discipline proceedings at regulated Colleges. Josh has a unique appreciation of how professionals are regulated in Canada and frequently lectures on legal topics relevant to professionals. Josh is a tireless advocate for the rights of professionals, understanding that every complaint, investigation or discipline matter has a direct and potentially lasting impact on his clients.
Prior to starting Koziebrocki Law, Josh was a partner at a leading Bay Street litigation firm. Josh is also a former Assistant Crown Attorney and has prosecuted all types of criminal cases. Josh is committed to community service. He has worked extensively with the Jays Care Foundation, serving as the founding chair of its Young Professionals Committee. He has also been involved in University governance, having served on the Governing Council and Business Affairs Board of the University of Toronto.

Lidiya has extensive experience assisting professionals at regulatory proceedings, including complaints, investigations, and discipline matters. Lidiya’s practice includes professional regulation, health law and general litigation. Lidiya also assists professionals with employment law aspects of their practice. She has represented professionals before complaints and discipline committees, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court.
Prior to joining Koziebrocki Law, Lidiya worked at a leading Bay Street law firm. Her community outreach projects have included acting as volunteer counsel with Pro Bono Law Ontario, as well as pro bono work in partnership with Parkdale Community Legal Services. Lidiya is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and Queen’s University.

Carina Lentsch has devoted her legal career to representing professionals at all stages of their career and is committed to protecting her clients’ reputations. Carina represents regulated professionals in complaints, investigations, incapacity, registration and discipline proceedings, as well as malpractice claims. She also has experience in the areas of employment law, professional liability insurance, human rights, privacy, and construction law. She is an experienced advocate and appears before all levels of Court in Ontario, regulatory Colleges and Associations, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Carina was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011 after completing her articles with a large national firm. Prior to joining Koziebrocki Law, she practiced at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto representing health and design professionals. Carina received her law degree from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, where she was recognized with an award in administrative and employment law. She also holds a B.A. Hons. from Queen’s University. She has lived in Europe and Asia and is fluent in German.

Jakub assists professionals respond to complaints and investigations. He represents professionals before various regulatory Colleges and Courts in Ontario. Jakub also advises professionals on how to comply with their regulatory obligations.
Prior to joining Koziebrocki Law, Jakub articled at a criminal defence chambers in downtown Toronto. His community outreach projects include his time as a student advocate for Fair Change Community Legal Clinic and his volunteer work with Lawyers Feed The Hungry. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and York University.
